They told me my american eskimo was aca but its not plus I already spent alot of money in vet bills

I was told that my dog was heathly and also that he was part of the American Canine Association. But neither of them were true. They even refused to help with the vet bills. I been asking for my American Eskimo ACA papers work and was told they still haven't came in. Baby Jack was paid for in January. He was born on October 10. Baby Jack has to be fed Chicken and Rice and Vegs. And has to be on vitians also do to the fact he can't digested puppy food or dog food. So not only do we have to cooked for him we also have to bake doggie bones with the same stuff. Cause without being able to handle dog puppy ect. Without the curch stuff his teeth will fall out and then you have even more problems. But my husband and I love him so much we will do what ever it takes to keep him well. My husband and I can't live without Baby Jack he makes us so complete. He is our SON.
