ProCopy Systems
Ripoff, telephone scam, fraudulent billing

Shops, Products, Services

I have received several phone calls from ProCopy Systems misrepresenting themselves as our Xerox representative. The first phone call I received the man introduced himself as the new Xerox rep assigned to our account (my company does have a supply agreement with the real Xerox). He asked if we needed anything and it just so happened that we did. This man totally misrepresented himself and lied to me about whom he was and who he worked for. I was tricked the first time, but I soon figured out the scam this company is running. Once they confirm what kind of printer you have (it didn't occur to me at the time that if they were really Xerox they would know what kind of printers we have) they will send you invoices for products they never shipped, or continue to send you boxes of toner you didn't order. This is a sham company that needs to be stopped! The latest "rep" I spoke with was Bob Marshall and he acted like I was insane for accusing the company of gross misrepresentation. This is a company full of liars and cheats. Do not be tricked like I was!!
