Xerox Corporation closes Arizona Digital Products from selling all Xerox Equipment effective June 20

For the past five years, this Xerox agency has been operating the most unethical business in Xerox agency history. I know numerous employees and have worked for this agency and witnessed the forgery of lease contracts, illegal deductions (without notice) from sales reps checks and bank accounts and the operation of a printing company using demonstration equipment supplied by Xerox. The printing company, Printing Solutions, LLC., operated without the knowledge of Xerox Corporation, in direct violation of the Xerox Authorized Agency terms and conditions, by using stolen supplies from Xerox customers that ADP (Arizona Digital Products) managed.

In short, Matt Blanton and Judd Roland, asked their reps to 'borrow' toner cartridges from it's own customers then order additional toner to replace the stolen toner.in addition, I have witnessed Matt Blanton and Stefanie Roland forge actual client signatures on CIT leases. CIT is now investigating ADP for forgery due to a law firm and medical clinic's complaints.

Now that Xerox has closed ADP, Judd Roland and Matt Blanton are trying to sell Xerox through a third party. This is another of their blatant disregard to Xerox Legal Department's directions following the shutdown of this agency. Also, several former sales reps of ADP have attained legal judgements against ADP due to their illegal practice of not paying commissions upon reps departures, violating Arizona State labor laws and furthering this company's horrible reputation in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

As recently as this week, a client of ADP's shipped back a $20,000 machine to ADP because the lease approval was granted under a company name that wasn't this client's. CIT is investigating this deal as well.
