Extra Innings subscriber asked to pay $12 for big series

Channels 637 and 738 are 2 of my Extra Innings channels. I pay 139.00 a season to see MLB games. Now, 2 weeks from the end of the regular season, a big series, Indians at White Sox, is on, and DirecTV has an info bar on those stations saying to call ext. 721 to order.

I'm furious. I paid these people 139.00, and the biggest series of the regular season begins tonight, and they want me to pay 12.00 to see it by ordering it special when I already did.

This is the kind of thing that should not be tolerated by any of our consumer advocate groups, the Better Business Bureau, the consumers themselves, nor me.

I know I'm not alone here, and whenever we get a class action lawsuit against them, I'm in, but they already know that. I told them on the phone tonight.
