Local Channel Dropped and Sports Package Blacked Out in Area

After being a faithful customer of Dish Network for six years, I have decided on finding a new satellite service to go with. We had the ABC channel for about five years and one day it wasn't there anymore. When I called about it, they told me it had moved out of my area. Then I purchased a ESPN game plan for 19.95. So I could the watch West Virginia and Maryland game and when we turned it on, it said it was blacked out in our area. So I called them and the representative said there was nothing they could do and plus I was charged five extra dollars for ordering it. Now I'm stuck having to pay a 25.00 dollar payment for nothing. I don't recommend this satellite company to anyone.
