Ripoff didn't receive pictures and have emailed but no replies

WinkFlash.com supposedly sent my pictures out through USPS. I have not received them. I emailed them but no reply back. I believe this is my only recourse but to share my experience since they will not write me back. Thought other users my want to know considering the past negative history that this company appears to be leaving.
