Rebate Scam! Ripoff

I signed up for Comcast Digital Cable & high speed internet through a promotion at the BestBuy store in San Carlos, CA. I carefully filled out and mailed on time the entire rebate forms. Only one rebate check, for $14.99 was returned. The others all were returned saying a required part was missing, which was not.

Another part of the deal was $100 worth of service credits to be applied towards the bill, today I received a postcard telling me that they would not honor that because, "STORE NOT ELIGIBLE - DO NOT RESUBMIT". The moral of the story... Don't do business with BestBuy.
