Last year, my wife and I decided to add a second cellular for our use. When I asked what it would cost, I was assured that it would only be $10 to $20 a month more.

I implied in the conversation that I did not want a new contract and I plainly stated that I could not afford a large bill.

When I asked the rep what it would come to and how much the new bill would be, I was refused information
Again, I asked what the extra cost would be and again told only $10 to $20 a month. When the rep kept refusing to tell me what the total bill was, I should have refused the second phone.

If their phones are worth so much perhaps they can take the original phone from the original contract back. That should pay this phony bill.
