At&t / Palisades Collections
Ripoff

Ok back in 2003 I received a phone from At&t along with a contract that I was to sign and mail into them. With in the first week the phone started dying on me constantly so I called At&t and they sent me a new one the exact same crappy nokia that I had. That one started having problems also.

Well finally I was so fed up with not only the phone but the service and billing department. So I canceled my service. At&t sent me a bill claiming I owe them 370.00 for not fullfilling my contract that I signed. That's all fine but i never signed the contract and never sent it into them. So I argued the bill with the credit bureau and told them that if At&t could show me this contract I signed I would gladly pay the 370.00. At&t claimed they lost it. So the debt was removed from my credit report in 2004.

Now they changed the collection agency and posted it back on my credit report under Palisades collections. I'll give At&t credit they don't give up easy. So this time I am reporting this one not only to the credit report but the FTC. And in a few weeks it will be off my credit report again. Isn't this harassment? Can I legally do anything about this?
