Ripoff, fraudulent billing

This company has taken an obligation of a LLC and tried to make me assume personal responsibilty for the debt. Again, this is for a security company, a common theme.

The company has harassed me and my family. They have violated FTC regulations by sending collection letters to an unsecured fax machine were I work. The law clearly states that collection agencies are prohibited from discussing debts with anybody except the wife or attorney of the person they are trying to collect from.

I would recommend that anybody who is being harassed by this company file a complaint with the FTC and the Office of Attorney General State of Texas. Save all faxes that have gone to unsecured machine showing their names and dates for possible legal action in the future.
