Ripoff dishonest overbooking Fairfax Station

I booked a reservation to have a moving trailer dropped off to move my family from Costa Mesa CA to Las Vegas NV. On the day of dropoff they called and stated their station would not drop off a trailer to MY DRIVEWAY of my home since they have had the CITY OF COSTA MESA tow their moving trailers in the past. They would not provide me proof or even let me call the city to get any type of permit. They just wanted to cancel the order This sounds like a service that overbooks familys and pushes them away when they don't have trailers.

Don't waste your time on your important move with this company.
