Like everyone, i have tried several times to contact this company and get my $ back and when i finaly got a hold of someone he was the rudest person i can remember speaking with in ages. Basicaly told me i couldn't have my money back and wasn't going to argue with me and hung up on me. I called back and left a message for david johns since he was mentioned in previous reports and as of today he still hasn't returned my call. Big surprise.
