Kinko's
Ripoff, no customer assistance, lazy, fraudulent billing, The business that doesn't give a dam! The computer help there sucks! $50/hr my ars!

I went into Kinkos Copy Center a few days back, hoping their CUSTOMER SERVICE may have gotten even a LITTLE bit better. When infact it had become worse! A whole Hell of a lot worse! All I asked the desk was how I get three little pictures of mine scanned and placed onto disk. I had the disk and everything I needed ready to scan. They pointed me to the computer "Self Help" area where I ended up wanting to throw the whole system out!: o) But, out came the comp. Assistant wobbling around with a paper in his hand.

I got up and told him I was having trouble with their programs. Note: I was being charged at this time, too. All he could tell me was if HE were to do it, the cost was "50 dollars an hour, " as he wobbled on. I made a polite, quiet stink to his face and he told me to go read the instructions on the side of the computer. I was really starting to get torqued now. I think he could see this too.

He then sighed, and walked me over pointing out the directions. Then mumbled under his breath, enough for me to hear, how he had SO much work to do. "I'll be back to help you in a minute, sir." He stated walking off. I thought, okay maybe its not that GREAT of business, but I've been faithful to these guys for years. YA, back when they were new and cared! But to make a long story short, I never got my scanning done.

As I got up, logging off on their computer (remember, I'm being charged here), I calmly tried walking out of the store. The same guy walked right by me asking how it went. I told him I had no idea how to run the dang thing. His response to this was classic. "Sorry about that, " he snarled. I think I'm gonna make the world a better place and start telling MY customers that, right? Wow, that's all I have to say. I do know one thing though, I've found a much better place now. Copy Maxx took me right in and was very friendly about the whole deal. And a good deal to boot! I can say only a few words... I think I've had enough of STINKO's!
