Owner Ion Baroi billed my credit card of $220.68 without my approval!

I initially went to this company on July 3 to get beeper service. They placed my whole credit card number on the sales receipt which I thought was unusual & made me very suspicious at the time. The following year they sent me an invoice of which I wasn't interested in the service anymore so I ignored it. I didn't think to check my credit card statement in 2004. I discovered they charged me again of $220.68 in the year of 2005 without contacting me.

I called my credit card company at this time to report the erroneous charge. My credit card company advised me to contact them. I did that & wrestled with the manager Mario & finally got results for refund for the year 2005 but he said that the owner Mr. Ion Baroi had no intention of refunding my money for the year 2004. I paid for 1 year of service because that's all I wanted & was billed anyway for $220.68 with out my approval.

If I had written a check they would have had to contact me because that's the only way they could try to collect monies. They kept the credit card number on purpose & now I understand my initial suspicions because they took advantage of me and ripped me off of my hard earned $220.68 & all this time arrogantly refuse to give me a refund. The lesson I've learned is don't pay with a credit card & stay in control especially when dealing with fradulent companies like this one.
