Ripoff BURRIED in magazines I don't want!

These people are telemarketers who sold my mother a one year subscription to a magazine she did want (TV Guide). Since then, she's received hundreds of magazines she didn't subscribe to and doesn't want, sometimes receiving five and six magazines a day!

I've called these people several times (August 6, and February 22) requesting that they cancel all subscriptions and remove her name from their database. They're like a broken record, repeating over and over that these magazines are promotional and there's no charge for them. I've told them to cancel them anyway (her mailbox isn't big enough to hold all those magazines). They just keep telling me the same thing, over and over.

I must admit, I'm now frustrated beyond the point of being polite. I've tried being polite. It obviously didn't work. (She just got another new magazine!)
