Ripoff error auction lifetime belongingspromised check not received

Copy of letter TO Storage Mgmt left out personal addresses. Will post copy of the letter they sent. OF COURSE they haven't sent any money. Called them again this morning.

RE: Lease Agreement #6744
Lease date began September 31

I received notice that you had auctioned my belongings on February 24 when my daughter C_ L_ came in to make a payment on March 29. She also said that you showed her you had a money order for $100 that you received on February 16. You refused to give it to her based on her not being listed on the lease agreement. She said you claimed you had been unable to contact me.

I then received the letter, at the same address listed on the lease dated February 24, postmarked February 28th which stated that a lifetime of belongings, stored with you for over a year had been sold.

Here is the difficulty.
1. Why was payment you received pre-sale the second week of February not applied to the account?
2. At which point did you change my contracted due date from the 31st to the 2nd of the month?
3. Why do you state that you were unable to contact me?

Have you not contacted me at the phone number listed on the contract? This is the number for my Aunt P_S_. I speak with and see her and other family members frequently. It was discussed with you on the telephone from Jamaica, that J_ S_, North Ft. Myers could be contacted and allowed access to the storage unit.in another phone call it was discussed with you that D_ P_ was to be allowed into the unit one time only to place additional belongings. You allowed it. It was discussed with you in other calls you made if my daughter D_ had not yet made payment and again to confirm payment. You were given my landline cell number 876- _and my home #876-_. I spoke to you in September when cell lines were reinstalled after Hurricane Ivan to make sure the things were safe. You have met my daughter C_ before when she wanted to add items to the unit and she rang me from your office to get authorization and the Access code. This was all ok by telephone.

In the meantime, mail the overage of proceeds to my daughter C_ L_ at _Avenue, Lehigh Acres, FL 33972 or P.O. Box _, Lehigh Acres, FL 33970. Do not neglect to add also the telephone coupon $15.00 credit that has not yet been applied to my account and notation made by Sandra on my lease to that effect. You also need to send me the money order you received in February before the auction. Total $340.58 for which deposit will be held until you send me your record of payments you received.

I am entitled to know the name, relationship and contact information of the auctioneers to all employees and owners of your facility, including the same contact information of the person who purchased the items. I would like to buy back as many of the things possible important enough to pay for storage for such a long time.

These items as you already know, were a lifetime of collection, not only for myself and my children, but my grandfather who left China in the 1800's and brought the tea cups you sold, my grandmother who grew up on _ Sugar Estate and inherited the antique chairs and tables etc. My parents who have both died and I inherited their wedding gifts, photo albums and other irreplaceable items. One painting alone by Ken Abendana Spencer and was insured for $5,000. Books belonging to my brothers and I when we attended school, my children's primary school and growing up items irreplaceable.

I left these items in storage as I had had four brain aneurysms four months before the items was stored and have been recovering here in Jamaica. This matter was discussed with Sandra on placement and on several occasions as speech and ability to walk improved.

Please advise your attorneys to immediately handle this matter.
