Ripoff will not refund money inwhich i never recieved all products and am alergic to

I signed up with LA weight loss in August. The told me all I had to pay was $500 dollars and that was for the whole program. Later in December the told me for the diet to work I needed the tri max pills and la lites. They knew my medical history of asthma, allergies, hypoglycemic, panic and anxity. They said it was ok to take the supplements and I asked them many times. Everytime I ate a lite bar or drank the LA express I felt like I could not breath right. I asked before my three days of signing the care credit paper if I could have a refund for the products they said no. I contacted care credit and they said since i don't have the products i could be refunded the money. Nothing has happend. I am paying for products i am allergic to and don't have. All i want them to do is refund all the money for the product i don't have. The tri max have so many things in it I can't take and has caused me health problems. Atleast 5 of the things in the tri max say don't take if you are hypoglycemic, bad anxiety, ulcers depression or on certain medicine i am on. I spent $500 for program and $2650 on bars, slim down drinks, and tri max. I had to move some of the money on another credit care because the payment were so high. They told me no more than 60 dollars a month my payments were about 100 dollars. Im a college student I can't aford that.
