Manufacturing ripoff, MIA, phone numbers don't work, email doesn't work, very unhappy with costume but can't return it without a Return Authorization Numbe

This company sent me a costume that I am unhappy with. It doesn't fit, and looks differently than on the website.

The company won't accept returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN), but they will not answer any phone number or respond to my emails requesting one.
I am out $60, and I am incredibly unhappy with this unprofessional company. I want my money back.
