I purchased a costume from this website, and then had the following email discussion with the manager of the company. Names have been censored. *, As mentioned previously, we are not able to accept your return. We do not have customer service via phone at this time. We are an online based customer and our customer service is via email. I am the manager of the company. I apologize, but we cannot accept your return.

If an item is on "sale", it's a final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. Thank you for pointing out that the site is missing the "clearance" info. We recently went through a complete restructure of the site to make it nicer and more user-friendly. Looks like our programmers have accidentally missed that part. It will be updated immediately.

*, First of all, the costume wasn't listed in the clearance section when I bought. Futhermore, yourself, the return policy doesn't mention anything about clearance items being not eligible for return, as you can see below.
5) MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM? [ Back to top ] Yes. You must contact customer service by e-mail to receive return authorization number. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted. All returns are subject to 15% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All costume and shoe orders between October 15th and November 15th are not eligible for refund. An exchange may be made if preferred size is available. Sexy Wear Avenue does not accept returns on thongs, panties, g-strings, bras, and other intimate clothing. Any items that includes an unreturnable item previously mentioned cannot be returned, or exchanged due to health regulations. Also, you sent me a defective costume, which remains your responsibility to rectify. *
