Ebay ripoff! Deceptive advertising and wrong items shipped!

Bid for this item on e-bay as described... A hardcover book. When I received the item, it was a audio of the book. I contacted the seller and followed their instructions on how to return the item and receive a refund. They received the item, but never issued a refund.

They then proceeded to change the description on e-bay (says revised) and advertise it and of course sell it again!

This is only $20, plus the shipping I paid to return it, but it is the dishonestly and "sneaky" tactics that I can not abide.
