Ripoff fraudulent unauthorized bank charges cathedral City

After promising pre-approved credit and taking an authorized $99.95 payment the company denied the credit card and then turned around two weeks later and dinged our bank account for $239.40!

We originally thought it was authorized charge until we confirmed with bank the charge had come from NSBA 800-506-6722!

Funny that amount keeps coming up. $239.40.

And as to the rebuttal of the owner saying they didn't ding the other gals account-If you are not doing it you better find out who is because your ID is used at the BANK!!!

Our CEO is at Citibank right now disputing the charges.
