Ripoff, credit card fraud Irvine

Got my 'free' credit report for $12. Checked usacomplaints.com and found that this company is not only charging $12 for the 'free' report, but then also charging $12/month there after. Spoke with my bank, and they are familiar with this company, and are attempting to resolve the situation. Might have to get a new credit card (with all the associated headaches) because of this.
