Can't access web for on-line payment as have done in past

Unable to make payment to OnLineCreditCenter5@ge as have done in past. Called 800 # and was told they had no problem. Tried again.

Same thing. Reach a GE "sell" page with no means of clicking to make a payment.

Wrote two e-mails; no response.

If I use phone pay, GECare charges additional. Apparently that is what they want.
