Does Not Follow Through On Its Deliveries, Guarantees Or Promises! Ripoff! No flowers delivered! Promises not kept!

On Friday, July 29th we ordered flowers to be sent to our Daughter who was in the hospital. She had been in labor for 23 hours with our Grandson and was rushed in to surgery for an emergency c-section. Luckily she and the baby were both fine.

We ordered flowers before 2 pm her time (eastern) and were guaranteed that she would receive them that same day. The next day, after speaking with her, it became apparent that no flowers had been delivered. I then called 1800Flowers and spoke to a gentleman named Bradley.

He told me at that time that our order fell through the cracks and that he would make sure these flowers were delivered to our daughter on Sunday, the 31st. He guaranteed it. Said they would take half off and make sure they got to her. Offered all sorts of apologies.

Very late on Sunday afternoon we received a call from a woman named Cinda from 1800Flowers. Oops, our order fell through the cracks again and now they could not deliver them until Monday!

Our daughter was being released from the hospital Monday morning, so we cancelled the order and told them to credit it all back to our credit card which they have yet to do.

So our daughter had no flowers to brighten her hospital stay after all she went through and now I am forced to monitor our bank account! Never using them again and we had been a long time customer before this too!

Beware! Never trust their guarantees! Their promises are not worth the cyber space they are written on!
