Other Mother's Of Saint Robert ripoff

Because there are not a ton of places to go for inexpensive childrens clothes in our area, I opted to go to Other Mothers.in the past I have had a fairly acceptable experience but the last time I shopped there I found the staff to be unprofessional and not customer service oriented.

I've dealt with attitudes when I've gone in to sell my things but the worst that's happened and I said, "THAT'S IT!" was this. Read on..

A friend and I were ready to check out. One clerk was on the phone with a disgruntled customer while another clerk was listening in on the conversation because it was about her. We witnessed this while we sat and waited to be rang up. It was completely unprofessional and inconvenient as we had appointments we needed to keep.

Just when I was ready to leave, the clerk decided to ring me up! But not before I had to listen to her bad-mouth and roll her eyes about the customer on the phone. She didn't know me and didn't know my relationships to anyone in the store. So, again, very unprofessional. If I were the owner of Other Mothers I would seriously consider who I choose as staff while Im out of the office. Word of Mouth goes a long way!!
