Once you sign up, it's a nightmare to unsign. You HAVE to have automatic withdrawals from your bank account, and when you stop it, they contact the bank and sign you up again! Pay attention to your bank statements. They NEVER send a monthly billing statement, they NEVER contact you at all. When we tried to get service, no one showed up, and we were never able to reschedule. Any American business will let you cancel a contract via phone! This is not a business, this is theivery!!!
