Ripoff. Want you to charge money from refund from hud information. Everybody can get for free over the internet, no refund

They sent me the information and where to go on the internet to get the names to pick from of people that hud is surpose to owe money too.
To come and find out anybody can go to this web page and see if they owe them oney and has a 800 number to contact them to collect the money free of charge.
I also read on the web page that it was illegal to charge for that information (the way i read it) so is sent my package back to them by signture so i would know they got it and when and i would get my $79.00 refund.
They signed it on may 25, as of july 21 i hadn't got my refund yet. They hadn't mailed me anything or call me on the phone or anything.
I know i was goofy trusting someone but i did and i dont want anybody else to get ripped off by these people. Please stop them in their tracks
