Apollo POS System - American Payment Solutions
FRAUD, RIPOFF, promised huge returns on $12,260 investment in POS Terminals.in 18 months I receved ZERO INCOME

Apollo POS System (aka American Payment Solutions) ran ads in the Toronto area (Canada) through their Re-seller claiming that for $13k investment in POS Terminals you could earn up to $50k annually. Terminals were located in New York City and I was promised a carefree investment where money would go into my Bank Account regularly!

Apollo brochure showed an income potential of $50,490 yearly for an investment of $12,790. I was provided with 3 names of existing Agents (people who claimed they had bought these Terminals before) and all claimed they were making $300-$500 or more per terminal per month. (Beware of such references!)

Apollo faxed other "proof" that showed several locations making lots of money. I was told that Apollo would guarantee, in writing, a minimum income of $300 per Terminal per month. The guarantee document was provided by their associated company (Atlas Vending and Locating) stating that if within 90 days I was not averaging a net amount of $300 per Terminal per month they will move the Terminals to better locations free of charge.

After the Terminals were installed, which took 4 months, and they produced no income at all I tried to contact Apollo. Neither Apollo, nor Atlas Vending are returning my calls for help. Their Agent in Canada has closed his office and disappeared. Complaints to the BBB did not help. It appears that now they have been kicked out of the BBB! I have not received any income from this investment. It's now been over 18 months! I am out $12,260 and nothing to show for it.

BEWARE of Apollo POS System and American Payment Solutions! Both are owned by Joe Boruck. Their POS Terminals are just a BIG FRAUD!
