Inc. Fraudulant business franchise

I sent in my investment asap, as required, and did not receive terminals or marketing materials as promised. I had to keep contacting the company daily to get any results. Finally, I received my terminals June and my order was paid April.

I am not getting the superior help as promised and I can not even get in touch with anyone. Each time I call, I get an answering machine or answering service. I have 9 terminals, 4 located (3 locations I found) and I am patiently waiting on getting the others placed. (Still have not received money which shows is in my Ameripos account) I can't get any marketing material or locations to go to.

I keep faxing Ameripos leads for the locations and I have been prospecting on my own. I have too much money invested to not be proactive. I am getting concerned that the company is not there anymore and I am wondering how to get my money back!!! I have put in an honest effort but Ameripos has not. I would like to get my investment back and they can have their terminals. Any suggestions???

By the way, I did contact references and business contacts, all positive so I decided to invest. How wrong I was. Now I have $22,000 to pay back to my bank. Can anyone out there help me??
