Warranty issue never mentioned. Being billed to repair their equipment RIPOFF

After they install your dish, you sign the service contract. It looks like a car purchase contract. Tiny words, four pages that nobody can read without a magnifying glass. If the dish has problems after 90 days, you pay to have it repaired. They own the equipment. You lease it. And you are still held to the 1 year contract.

They don't mention the 90 day warranty in the beginning. And when you complain to the customer service managers, they tell you it is stated in the contract and you signed it. That's it, end of line with customer service department. Obviously their product and customer satisfaction is so great they need to trick you into buying it. That's a rip off. Back to cable.
