Overcharges minutes to unknowing customers, ripoff Internet

Mobilecaller.com advertises some of the greatest rates for pre-paid international calls but once you purchase them they charge you more. I was charged around 40% more than anticipated and that's after I calculated the 17% tax that I was unaware of.

The first time I complained they told me it was probably the aforementioned tax. Then I started recording the length of each call and calculating the costs and sure enough calls were being overcharged between 33-50%. I called again and they said sorry, sometimes they have glitches and that they would fix it.

I later recieved a $2 refund. I had calculated a $7 refund on just the calls I had kept track of. AND they were still overcharging me! I have another complaint in now. I thought something was sketchy when I realized that they didn't document call times for customer viewing (like cell phone and land lines do).

I hate the thought that most people just assume that they are being charged correctly and let this company get away with this.
