I rented a 17ft truck for 24 hrs online reservation and confirmation, the office where I was to pick up the truch screwed up the time frame that I was to have the truck, we got that worked out, we used the truck, and put diesel fuel and the halfway mark as it was when I picked up the vehicle, they charged my husbands account, because I gave them the wrong card by mistake, the thing is you have to give them 2 credit cards so the first one that I gave them was correct and had enough funds for the charges but they over charged me by $90.00 and that is where my problem is, that would be based on the estimate they gave me, they charged me for fuel 90.00 that I replaced, this is diesel mind you it burns alot slower than gas, the mileage isn't an issue, it is the fact they are saying I didn't replace the fuel that I used but I did. These are idots and crooks, avoid this place of business. I have called this number Amerco Amerco Real Estate Company. I left messages for someone to call me back. This is the parent company of U-Haul.
