Ripoff employees as well

Not only is the consumer w / Cingular Wireless is ripped-off the employees are as well. We see all the time that the customer may be on the wrong rate plan but if the customer does'nt say anything were not to say anything. Everyday customers call in that were doble billed on there credit card statement and it takes 30 to 90 days for the refund to return back to the customer. Cingular hires an outsource company such as West to fade out the Cingular Union Employees. These emploiyees work for $8 an hour w / no raise at all. Yes, they are told every 4 weeks they will get a $1 doe every hour worked in that pay period but at what cost. The employees serve 2 masters West and Cingular, they work a long as they can for Cingular to get the $ to know that they are going to get fired for not meeting West goals. Try working under thiose conditions. So if you think they are ripping you off think about the employees. Who's out there ensuring the rights of non-union employees. Someone please let me know!!!
