In practice the company does not honor what its representatives tell you. To date three claims were made about covered appliances and each claim was denied. The company is a shoddy ripoff. They tell you that you are covered so that they can sell you and then leave you responsible for the repairs and the costs. So far more than $1000 none of which I caused.
