Ripoff lottery is a ripoff everybody quit buying tickets for awhile

Bought over 2000 scratch off tickets and never won nothing. WI could at least let a person win. 25 cents everytime on a 1 dollar ticket. Crosswords are the worst. WI is making a killing off them and laughing all the way to the bank.
