Ripped me off by charging my phone bill for service i never ordered ripoff

Esbi is a ripoff. I got a charge on my phone bill for voicemail I never ordered from a company called members edge voice mail billed by ESBI.

I called them but they just laughed at me. My phone company, Verizon called them too but couldn't get my money back either. The next month they charged me $17.78. I didn't pay it.

Their website says Teaneck, New Jersey but no street address. Watch out for these ripoff artists.
