Imagechecks.com has problems processing credit cards

If you want to purchase checks from a place other than your bank, BEWARE of www.imagechecks.com. Apparently, they have a problem processing the credit card information. Even though the transaction does not complete, as per the error message that they return to the screen, DO NOT try it again!!! Everytime that you do, the funds will be held against your account. This is especially aggravating if you are using a debit card. The bank won't do anything about it unless the company writes to them, and the company won't do anything but tell you that nothing will come out of your account.in the meantime, your money is being withheld from you for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It is totally unfair the the customer to be inconvenienced like that for a glitch in their system. Don't take the chance on this company. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO SHOP.
