Continuing to charge account after repeated requests to cancel service Ripoff

Sprint continued to accrue charges to my account after I had informed them - repeatedly - that I was cancelling my service permanently. On successive phone calls starting in February, then twice in March, and on April 2, I told representatives that I was cancelling my service. During each call, I believed my service was cancelled. I would find out during the next call that despite my belief, my account had not been closed and Sprint was continuing to charge me for service.

Although my account has theoretically been closed now, Sprint is continuing to call and collect fees for March and/or April (I'm unclear, as their representatives don't speak English well). Not only do they continue to attempt to collect, they also call late in the evening - after 9pm - and have done so more than once.

I have requested that they stop calling me and that, because they continued to charge me after I had cancelled my service and been told by more than one Sprint employee that my service was cancelled, that I believe any charges accrued after my cancellation request is the responsibility of Sprint.
