Billed but never sent product

On 5/2 this company billed my credit card 44.39 for the order I placed with them. To date, I have received nothing and the website shows processed but not shipped. I have sent them 5 email requesting information but they have responded to none of them and there is no address or phone number listed on the website to be able to contact them. It's just a big online ripoff
