Fraud ripoff! Sold a dog to me which included price of shipping and sent the dog to me COLLECT! Cost me $173.22 extra to get my dog from airlines! I have email proof! Advertised Littleton, CO

I purchased an adult pomeranian dog from this person. I sent him immediate payment for her via Weste3rn Union. I specifically asked him if shipment was included, he said YES. When I wnet to pick up the dog at airport, I found out that I had to pay the COLLECT ON DELIVERY shipment of an extra $173.22.

He also advertised her as being APRI registered, I have not received any papers. He told me on complaint that he made a mistake and forgot to pay the person shipping the dog for expenses and that he didn't want to delay shipment so "she" sent it COD because "she" didn't have ship money from him. He also told me he would pay me as soon as he got the invoice from her. This is the last I have heard from him.

Dog was shipped 05/13/05. The person's name as shipping the puppy is NANCY MICHAELS. I have not heard from Gary Steele since May 16th.

He advertised on www.puppyfind.com that he was going through a divorce and that was the reason he was selling the dogs. He advertised her as full price, including shipment, he also advertised her as APRI registered. GARY STEELE COMITTED FRAUD TO ME! Please don't stand or fall for his sad divorce story!

His dog also shows aggression beyond what I expected. I am afraid of her aggression toward my other dogs. He owes me $173.22. I have repeatedly emailed him and he chooses to ignore me!
