This is a website (Excelmart.com), and there are others that appear to be related or similar (Gladelec, Lotdealing, Greatlysale, and Trulyoffer), that offers very good pricing on electronics. They are located in China.

The Excelmart website states fast shipments.

When asked what other costs such as duties and tariffs would be involved with shipment other than the $40 shipping cost, the response was only the $40 shipping.

When finally notified about shipment - 8 days later - I received a notice about additional taxes of $140.

In contacting the parties regarding this, the story changed several times about the cost. They stated $200. This means it is a scam.

While an offer was made to split the cost, it is very apparent that the additional cost is a means to gain more dollars after the fact with no guarantee of shipment.

I have requested a refund, but they wish to ignore that.
