Is a scammer & stole my money, ripoff!

I recently purchased a pup through an AKC certified breeder found on puppyfind.com. The website is blackcreekfarm.com. The breeder is Amy Veal, blackcreekfarm@alltel.net, 478-946-3715.

I paid this breeder in full $678 for a pup. The breeder was supposed to ship the pup on June 12. On June 11, I get an email stating she cannot ship the pup until June 19. I stressed my concern and how upset I was due to the fact that she notified me the day before shipment.

June 18 arrives and I have not heard from the seller after several phone calls and emails were made trying to confirm the time of delivery on my pup. On June 19 I receive an email from the seller then stating she is having family problems, is rude and get annoyed with my calling. She hangs up without confirming the delivery or refund of my pup. I continue to call and email.

She now stated that she refuses to ship the puppy and I have one week to fly to GA to pick up the puppy or it will be resold and she will not refund my money. I had someone who currently lives in GA who would of picked up the puppy and shipped it out to me, so I called up various airlines to find out how to ship the pup.

At that time AA, Delta and Continental all stated that they cannot ship a puppy to Las Vegas due to the fact that the temperature is over 80 degrees this time of year. I then came to the conclusion that Amy Veal never intended to ship the puppy out and made up the family issues as an excuse to buy time.

I wrote her an email stating what I had researched demanding my money back and she called me up screaming stating my money was her money and theres nothing I can do about it. I have every email saved from Amy Veal confirming all tended shipping dates. I also have all proof from airlines stating that animals cannot be shipped when temperatures exceed 80 degrees.

It was stated to her before we agreed on this transaction that if the puppy could not be shipped I did not wish to purchase it. She agreed and confirmed that there will be no problems shipping the puppy. I look foward to your response and legal help with this matter.

I no longer wish to receive this pup if she had a pup at all. I wish to get my money back from this situation and from this seller who is clearly a con artist.
