Warranty ripoff, one year and still no payment on warranty

I purchased a STAINSAFE Warranty from Stick N Stuff for a dining room set I purchased. When two of the chairs broke, I reported the warranty. This was June. One year later, while they accepted the claim and made me sign a three page release to obtain $100 payment, I still have not gotten the money. I call at least once a month and get the exact same statements, A note has been made in the file and an email will be sent requesting that the check be processed. I have gotten no further. I have spoken with two supervisors, Phil and Miguel S. They will not give out last names.

This company is a complete RIP OFF and should be put out of business.
