Stainsafe erodes consumer rights ripoff

I have the same problem as many others with the company Stainsafe. I purchased the Five Year Warranty, Protection Plus Warranty. They refused to repair my love seat within the first year of purchase without merit.

Now, I am having the same issue with my sofa. I am currently awaiting response from the furniture store that the warranty was purchased.

Consumers have rights and I will pursue the issue to the fullest extent.
