I contracted with J K Harris & Co. Nov. 6th 2003 to do an Offer and Compromise with the IRS. I paid them a total of $4,650.00 to do this.in the following 1 1/2 yrs. They did very little to resolve my problem.in the mean time I contacted the IRS to see if anything had been done.
They informed me that I owed them nothing because the Statue of Limitation had passed. So I contacted JKHarris& co. That I wanted to have my fee refunded. That was 4/2 and again on4/20.
I called them about the refund in May and they told me they had 30-45 business days to review it and make the refund. The 45 business days were up June 20th. No refund, they refuse to return my repeated phone calls.
My first appt. With JKHarris & Co. Was with there Rep.in Minnesota. Tim Fritz 8400 Normandale Lake Blvd Suite 920, Minneapolis, Mn. 55437 Ph.! -843-906-7668 or 1-888-833-5156 ext. 2788. He has lied to me on numerous time. I tape recorded our last two meeting.
I'm on disability so I don't have alot of money to fight these people
