Keep Calling them! What don't aol understand? I don"t want aol

I have been trying to get off aol for at least 6 months now and each time that I call them because they have conveniently taken money out of my checking acct. And making me over drawn, They credit my acct. But nothing for the overdraft fees, Then they want to give me 2 free months. I just got a notice thru my e-mail that said they would be taking out again and if I had a question to go to keyword BILLING. But as I have told them time after time I can't get to keyword because I don't have aol downloaded on my computer any more becaus I had switched internet provider!!! Why don't they take your word when u call them and say I DON'T WANT AOL anymore??? PLEASE HELP
