I recieved my phone bill june the 3rd and on it, it had a new service added to my bill USBI that I have never ordered I have a cell phone and a great plan with SBC I dont understand how this got on my bill and I tried reaching them and no answer. I was charged 17.06 for this service and I am not paying this.
