Charged for Pay-Per-View Programs Never Ordered

For the past year or more Cablevision has been charging it customers for PPV services that they have not order and in some cases like me that we have this PPV services blocked by them but some how they are charging for programs that we don't order. We have contacted the company several times about it and the have sent there technicians to check the cable boxes and the two times both technicians had told us that there's a glitch on the boxes that automatically order this PPV programs and that they have this problem every where, but the company denies it and still charging customers for it. What can we do about it?
