For the past year or more cablevison has been charging it customers for PPV services that they have not order and in some cases like me that we have this PPv services blocked by them but some how they are charging for programs that we dont order. We have contacted the company several times about it and the have sent there tecnitians to check the cable boxes and the two times both tecnitians had told us that theres a glitch on the boxes that automaticaly order this PPV programs and that they have this problem every where, but the company denies it and still charging costumers for it. What can we do about it?
