Greg, How long will my order take, with complaint, let's make it short, please

Mr. Greg,
I placed an order (458af219-427f5e5c-726-6d896) on 5/9/05 and have not recieved my order. I have also e-mailed and have not recieved responce to that either. When complaint gets involved although you seem to want to help. So please fill my order and let's make a positive post out of this. You need the good publicity and I need my order. Thanks
