Ripoff! Abusive and Not Trustworthy

My daughter and wife were verbally abused and called derogatory names when they went to meet with this florist to pick out wedding flowers.
We had met with this florist in March, received in the mail a clearly marked proposal/estimate. We had provided a deposit of one half the amount to ensure the wedding date. We scheduled a date for fianl selections for MAy 21st.
My wife and daughter went to the scheduled meeting to pick out final arrangements and colors and were verbally abused and told to leave. They called my wife a WAcko and my daughter a b*tch.
They refunded the deposit, but my daughter was in tears as the wedding is less then 2 months away.
DO NOT frequent this establishment and count on them for anything. They are not trustworthy and openly abuse their customers.
